How many MB's daily should I give my 14 week old Squirrel? He is also receiving treatment for MBD.

Ha! I'd suggest you switch to a high quality rodent block such as Harlan Teklad. Many like 4s blocks, which you can purchase or make yourself. But as with all blocks, you can give them as many as they don't want :-)

where do i purchase the harlan teklad? i just was able to get nos to eat the MB. he seems to like them. noticed though he is getting a tummy. what is wrong with the MB?

also, best place to purchase High Spectrum light?

I don't think the MB are really considered nutritionally complete for rodents. The Harlan Teklad can be purchased online at thecraftyrat.com (I think that's right). You need a bulb that puts out a lot of UVB rays. I get the Reptiglow 10 at Petsmart. Lots of bulbs may claim "full spectrum," so be careful.

i guess i became acquainted w/ MB's from Squirrel World. it was on her website.

i hope Nos will not have a hard time changing over. i just got him to really start eating the MB's!

will check out the light at Petsmart this week-end.

goodness, don't know what nos & i would do without all of you experts on this site!
