We looked at Knothead bottom teeth last night and they are huge almost a inch long. I will try and post a picture of them as soon as I get home. We tried to look at the other boys teeth but they are a wild bunch how long should a 3 month old baby's teeth be anyway? I have branches and chewey things in the cage for him but I'm concerned he is notn using them. ALso I posted several weeks ago that he won't eat anything but apples and formula which tells me his teeth may hurt

look in the top of his mouth and see if he has punctured palate.
and smell his breath, any infection and you will smell it!{foul}
A normal mouth will smell like ajax /comet scouring powder {best description!?!}
yes, get a pic, so the rehabbers here can help you know if they are normal or not!
poor little knothead!

A young squirrel with normal teeth. The bottoms are quite a bit longer than the tops:

Here's KnotHead's teeth...What do you think? The breath smells fine but could not get close enough for wounds

I don't think they're too long, and you can tell by the angle they taper in the back that they're being ground down/sharpened.
