Ok let me start over without a baby in my hands because I know you need more information....He eats 4x a day5-6ccs per feeding I alternate yogurt and heavy cream. For some reason he has been coming out of his sleepy sack and moving under it. We have a heating pad under half the sack wrapped in a pillow case we also have a towel over the heating pad. His twin which is the second largest has moved under the sleepy sack as well. His diarrhea started today and he has it on top of the sack and all over him. Is this life threatening? What can I do for this?

Many use the cream, but I haven't had very good experiences with it. there's been an issue with Esbilac and its new formulation causing diarrhea, so you might want to search threads on the subject. I'm not sure if you posted his weight, but overfeeding is the number one cause of loose stool/diarrhea.

128 grams does that sound right? He is the only one sleeping outside the sack directly on the towel over the pad. Acts like he is cold but it's warm in the sack and the other 3 are fine in there. I also noticed he's the only one eating the healthy block.:shakehead after dinner he played for a while so the outside seems fine but I am very concerned about the diarrhea should I take him to the doctor?

He could be a little dehydrated because of his diarrhea. Can you check for that?

He was a little dehydrated so we gave him Pedialyte...I talked with the Vet this morning and he wanted to see him this afternoon and wanted a stool sample but guess what? Because of the flooding all the roads between me and the vet are closed I can't get there. He told me there really was nothing I could do at home just keep him hydrated. I have been reading past posts about diarrhea in other babies and some outcomes have not been favorable so I am worried. I will be devastaded if something happens to him before I can get to the Vet. :hurt
