So I am moving baby up from hot water bottle to heating pad that I just got.

It is a soft heat Moist or Dry heating pad with 3 heat settings and is 12" x 14"

My baby i sin a two story hamster cage for now until we get the money for uber cage.

it has a plastic bottom.

should I put the pad under the cage?
and what setting?
Leave it on all the time?
Also should I only put it under half the cage so if the baby gets too hot she can move to the other half?

My baby has also gotten quite attached to her water bottle as she is all by herself. Should i still maybe heat it and leave it in there so she can cuddle or should I try getting a stuffed animal? She kind of climbes ontop of the heated water bottle and knocks out.

under 1/2 of the cage and on all the time, I guess you can give her a stuffy to sleep with :thumbsup

You definetely want one without auto shutoff. Put it under the cage (they get dry skin and can chew the cord when you put it in the cage with them). I would switch him to a stuffed animal to snuggle with, then he can wrestle with it and pounce on it when he is a little bigger.
