Ivermectin is very tricky to dose. I'm not sure if it is the correct med for internal maggots but there will be rehabbers along shortly who can help you with the particulars.
In the meantime, some more information will help them:
How old is the baby? Do you have a weight for her?
How sure are you that it is internal maggots?
What is the strength of ivermectin that you have available? (Overdoses can be deadly and we need to make sure what starting concentration you have for the right dilution.)
Does the baby have anything else wrong with it? (Compromised animals don't do well on ivermectin)
EDIT: FYI TO REHABBERS: More info here: http://thesquirrelboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18865

She is arround 2 and a half weeks.
I got her yesterday while she was being eaten alive by hornets, and there were fly eggs all over her and in her mouth. I am trying to prevent a maggot caused death from any eggs she may have swallowed (i removed them immidiatly but no way of knowing if they were injested). Other than some scrapes and shallow wounds, she is fine.
She is pooping and peeing and is still on pedialite. She is active for her age and responds when handled, though she sleeps most of the time. her wounds appear to have already begun to heal, once i put Polysporin on them.

If you have Ivermectin, PM me and I can help you dose it, but we must have an accurate weight on the baby.
