infection HELP!!!

I need help the baby ive been caring for for the past 4 weeks has an infection, loose stools and an infected arm. She needs meds. So I need someone to help me out or I need to find someone with the things she needs to get better. I dont want to give her up, but at this point its looking like my only choice. Is there anything in stores i can give her to help?
