My "Sassy" (male--I didn't name him) is about three and a half months old. Since I received him from a lady who couldn't take care of him, I've been concerned about his ability to urinate. I rarely see him do so, and when he does, the urine is an amber color. He tends to drag his penis afterwards, and today I noticed him dragging his penis whenever he'd move across a flat surface--the bed, my arm, etc.--and I think I detected some "dribble." He eats and is full of energy, but I'm concerned he has some sort of urinary problem such as crytals blocking his uretha. Are there any homeopathic solutions, or should I attempt to get him some antibiotics? I've tried cranberries and dissolving cranberry capsules in his water, but he'll have none of that. If so (antibiotics), what should I ask for? Even though it's legal to have "pet" squirrels in Florida, I can't seem to find a vet who really knows about or gives a hoot about squirrels.
