His appitite seems to be poor...At first I thought he was just mad about Tiffany, but I'm beginning to get worried....Saturday he hardly touched his vegies and didn't eat any of the baby food...He did have a little yogart mixedd with espilac and cream..and he enjoyed drinking the juice from my cantalope....

Sunday, he really didn't come out of his pouch all day...During the daytime hours this is normal but he didn't come out in the evening either....He always greets me by the door when I enter the room and hangs on my water bottle waiting for me to pour fresh cold water in his dish....He did none of that yesterday...

He did just a little while ago take a couple of licks of the yogart mix and 1 lick of the baby food...He turned down avacado, cheereos and sugar smacks...he did eat watermellon about a 1" square...

I finally took down his pouch to check him and he seems to be ok, but didn't want to be out of the pouch...I took him in the pouch into the kitchen to make him feel more secure...He poked his head out a couple of times and did come out of the pouch and jumped onto my shirt...we made out way back to the room where I fixed a new pouch for him....this is when he had the watermellon.....I tried again to get him to eat something, but he wasn't responding to me, so I took the new pouch down to get him to come out..he did and refused food, but then he ran under the pouch that was hanging over my arm and everytime I pulled up one side, he moved to the other...He finally got annoyed at me that he jumped to his shelf and went into the sweatshirt, which is where he is now.....

Sorry this is so long, but I want to be thorough...I want to paint a picture for you to better help figuring what could be wrong....

I will be retiring now..I need to be at my doctors office this morning at 10 to hear results of a couple of tests I had last week.....but I will check in when I wake and when I get home...

:thankyou

TinyPaws—I’m sorry to hear that Timothy has a poor appetite and hasn’t come out of his pouch and not being his normal self. Is he peeing and pooping? Is he at least drinking his water?

I’m sorry that you are going to the doctors for test results today—I wish you well and hope everything is OK for you.

Be well TP!

Any new foods lately? Maybe he ate something that didn't agree with him?
How do his teeth look? (I'm paranoid.) When Christine wouldn't eat, that was the problem.

How does his stool look? Anything different? I hope it's just a passing mood & that he's back to his normal loving self tonight.

Hope your tests go well! Have a good day, TP! :grouphug

Seems like most boy squirrels are the moody ones. Not the girls. Go figure! :crazy
