I'm not a licensed rehabber, but I did find them on the calcium/phosphorous ratio sheet that I'm pretty sure I found somewhere on this site, and they're supposed to be good for them. Mine will only eat the stalk part in the middle though...not the leafy part. Ca:Phos ratio is 2.4:1.0....which is on the GOOD list :) Mine liked romaine and kale better...if that helps any. And both of those are on the good list too! Good luck!
There is a sticky above your post for calcium, phosphorous ratio. It's by pbluejay2! I take it to the grocery store with me....LOL!

Mustard greens are fine. My baby won't touch 'em though which is too bad, b/c they're a good food. Rocky loves Romaine lettuce though!

We should all eat more mustard greens. Trader Joe's now has a big bag of pre-cut, pre-washed Southern Greens and another of different colored kale. I never knew how delicious greens could be until I tried the Southern Greens package. Having them all cut up and washed is a big plus with me, too. Just dump them into the steamer and wait, or saute them with olive oil, onion and garlic. . . squeeze some lemon juice over the hot greens, and . . .YUM! I imagine reserving a handful for the little ones should be easy.

SUNSHINE—Hi! Have you see under the Squirrel Nutrition section > Healthy Diet for Pet Squirrels (http://thesquirrelboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16093)? Lots of great information there.

I can't even get my bunnies to eat mustard greens in the winter when that is all the greens available at the store :sanp3. Bunnies and squirrels favorite store bought greens seem to be Kale, if you can get a fresh crisp bundle, they always seem to love it. Everyone's favorite during the summer is by far clover, dandelions, and plantain though.
