Is lemon ok? Or only certain types of oranges, if so which ones? And I've seen radishes on the list for healthy veggies, how do you give them to the furries? I thought that they would be too peppery.

Citrus fruits are fine, as treats.

Some squirrels enjoy radishes. With any new food, offer a tiny piece at first to make sure it doesn't upset their stomach.

Couple of days in a week i give Mia a piece of orange, she loves it.
I also give her a piece of orange peel, she loves to nibble on orange peel as well.. (i noticed she loves orange peel when she was jumping to trash bin and stealing orange peel pieces! :p)
I never gave lemon..
