I hope she didn't notice that window! If you haven't already, close everything up in the room and cover it inch by inch.. it's daytime and she may be sleeping somewhere.

Chrissy, gentley and slowly search the office top to bottom.
Is this an office in your home, or a business away from..?
Be careful as you move things, but chances are she is still inside.
I would be there at the time she normally gets active with her favorites:thumbsup
good Luck

Stay close & listen carefully. She might be asleep somewhere you never thought to look. When she wakes up, she will look for food & for mom - you.
Listen for her to 'cheep' for you. And, make sure you have her favorite treats with you. :grouphug

Since you said she is outside, why don't you go outside just before her normal "wake up" time, and call her and have some treats in your hand. Hopefully she will come to you.
Good luck.

Chrissy, I'm so sorry that Lucy hasn't come back. I know how upset you must be. When hurricane Rita hit, I had a cage damaged and 2 flyers got out. I saw them a couple of times, but they were happy living the wild life. Of course, I feed the wilds anyhow, so I knew they'd be OK. Sometimes you just have to accept what happens, because you can't change it. Put a feeder up for her - she's probably not far away. But I seriously doubt that after this long she will come back to her cage.

If your little Lucy is free, please try not to worry. She is old enough to live on her own. It is amazing how much they learn and know how to survive.
I know you must be very sad but I am sure she is fine and enjoying life as a squirrel out there somewhere. :grouphug :grouphug
Lucy is a big girl now.
You may be fortunate to see her again.
I only ask that you do not abandone TSB.
