Looking for Help: Injured squirrel

I live right off Bayshore Blvd in Tampa about 1.5 miles from MacDill AFB. There are quite a few squirrels in the trees outside my house, my husband and I feed them reguarly. There is one squirrel coming down for food that is injured. The poor little guy appears to have a large cut on his face/head with some type of large growth and an injured eye. Does anyone happen to know of an agency I can contact who might be able to capture him, take a look at his injuries and perhaps help him out. It breaks my heart to see him this way. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I had pox here last year.
I haven't seen them come back on...maybe in the morning.
