How do you find these squirrels? I have my name at all of our vets in town but what else should I do?

Call your local Humane Societies & animal shelters...ask if they keep a list of people willing to foster orphan squirrels. Ours are always looking for 'foster' moms...especially during hurricane season.
Can I ask, why you are interested in finding orphaned squirrels?

I have a little experience with squirrel rehab but I just got started as a wildlife rehabilitator. At this point I have all of the equipment needed in case I get a orphaned squirrel/squirrels. This is the time babies fall out of trees and so I want to make sure I get my name out there. Nothing would make me happier that to help a family of squirrels and them watch them head out into the world. If any of you rehab expert have any advise please pass on your knowledge. Thanks Mary

Glad to have you with us! You could look up other rehabbers in your area and let them know you are available to take squirrels. Some rehabbers get swamped and always need help. That's what I would do. :)
