How to help a wild sick squirrel ?

There is a squirrel comes to my apartment window everyday I gave him some food (nuts), recently I noticed that he loses his hairs everyday and also looks smaller and thinner than before, I feel that he is sick..by considering that he is a wildsquirrel, how can I help him?

For starters can you get a pic of him? We can then try to determine what is wrong with him. In the areas of hair loss are there any scabs, irritated skin, crustiness or inflamation? If so it might be mange. If the skin is clear it might just be molting. Please post a pic so that we can help you better.
