Is it ok for Timothy to sample a baked potatoe...without the butter and seasoning of course.....

and can cauliflower be frozen without blanching it first?

Cauliflour....Im not sure what your asking....blanching it before freezing??
Why??would you need to do this?

Timothy will have a good snack tonight...as for the cauliflower I had heard that it needed to be put in boiling water for a minute before freezing...but it doesn't make sense to me as I freeze fruits without doing that...

I think people blanch veggies before freezing to preserve color and also to sterilize them. I don't think it's necessary.

Potatoes are high glycemic load. Occasional treat only. (They do love them.)
