I've read on here that people give their fllyers chicken bones after a meal...
Could these be given to Grey's as well?

muffinsquirrel recommended I give Penny chicken leg bones. It provides calcium. She loves them.

Sadie (my gray) won't have anything to do with them. I offered once when she was being nosey about what I had. She promptly wiped her face all over the couch as if worried to death she might have even gotten a little of that awful stuff on her!
Then again, I've seen pictures of squirrels eating birds... so...? :thinking :dono

Chicken bones are fine ( the larger ones to gnaw on) as mentioned they are good source of calcium and also help keep teeth filed =) (make sure they are not greasy!
We usually use deer antlers or other large animal bones.
