You can find the Now brand whey protein at health food stores, or you can order it online at Allstar Health. Much cheaper and very quick shipping.

Vitamin drops are meant as a SUPPLEMENT--not to provide 100% nutrition. They are generally "low dose" and also do not usually include all of the needed vitamins and minerals. Further, most do not indicate exact amounts (in mgs) of the various nutrients, so it would be difficult to be sure you were giving the correct amount. Also, when you put vitamins in water, how do you know how much water they are drinking? Vitamin drops in water are fine as a supplement, as extra vitamin insurance, but not as a mainstay.

Any brand of aluminum-free baking soda is fine.
