So I went out and got Fidget the Kaytee Forti-Diet for mice and rats.Well she hates it!!!!!!!!!:sanp3 As soon as she smells it she knocks it out of her food bowl so that it will fall through the wire. She is such a little snot!!! How can I get her to eat them? I even tried rubbing grape juice from her grapes on one and she took 1 bite then looked at me like what the h*** was that. Then threw it down. I am at a loss.:dono Please help!!!!!

I crush it up add some liquid esbilac and some crushed nuts, roll into balls.
See if that helps...adding the favorite nut sometimes helps...if need be add a tad bit of peanut b untill you get him eating it and then you can take it out but keep the nuts in.

As Rippie said, keep trying. Coating them with peanut butter sometimes helps. But if that doesn't work, you can make the homemade squirrel blocks, which are nutritionally complete and most of the squirrels love. The recipe is in the "Squirrel Nutrition" forum.
