I've had peanut since aug. 8 he was only a day or two old he is now 8 wks is still only the size of my hand palm to finger tip (his body) he seems healthy but developed slow. He is still wetting the bed and everything else I'm changing his bed all the time so he doesn't sleep in his urine but he is getting white bumps on the inside of his legs and his boy parts I put vit. a and e ointment on him and bathe him in baby bath. I have been raising babies now for 12 years but I'm not sure there is an answer but the more brainstorming about a problem the better

I don't have any answers for you, but others will be along later and perhaps have experienced this before. Is peanut able to move his back legs OK? I ask because bladder control issues are often seen with paralyzed squirreld or ones that have back injuries. Do you know if he had injuries from a fall (either from his tree or after he found his way to you)?
The best thing is to keep him as dry as possible -- easier said than done, I imagine. One member that had a paralyzed chipmunk used to bather her, then dust her private parts with cornstarch and gently brush the cornstarch out with a very soft brush. Also, you can use scent-free baby wipes so you don't have to bathe him as often.
"Silvadene salve" is often recommended for this, but it is only available from a vet. Do you have a vet you can get it from?

Just a thought is it possible that he is nursing on himself?

no not nursing himself and back legs are fine. he used the paper today but he also wet himself again. I've had him since he was born and was brought to me still in the nest the people took down a tree and mom never came back. so I don't think it was an injury
