Digi and Chipper are about 8 wks and they have been staying in a small/med. rabbit style cage. I put sticks in weaved through the bars cause they are learning to climb. They loved it! So we built them a new, larger cage -not too high, about 28 inches? and I just set their current cage inside that one with the door open, hoping to lure them out. Chipper (the wild one) hopped right out and started exploring, climbing the sides and generally acting like he'd been let out of jail! Digi, though, seems VERY nervous and will just barely poke her head out to eat! Usually she zooms out and up my arms and across my head. Is this normal, or am I trying to get her to do something that will scare her too much??? The noise Chipper makes climbing and jumping in the new space seems to bother her to........... any suggestions?:dono

Poor baby. It may be the noise that scares her the most. Try taking him out and putting her up onto the side without him in there and see if that helps.
