Ok for the last few days Lil Joe has had really loose light yellow stool, about the consistancy of mustard. I have diluted formula thinking it was too rich. Fed less, nothing has changed. Eating and acting ok, but now Mileys is starting to look the same. I went to get pedialyte and they were out, got gatorade for now until I go to WalMart later. I'm at a loss:dono Never had this problem before. I also sterilized all their stuff hoping it wasn't bacteria, and added some acidolphilus to the Esbilac. Could it be something antiboitics is needed for?

I went thru this with Angel and now also with Toni....try one or even two feedings of Pedialyte only, to flush their systems of whatever is not agreeing with them. Poops should return to normal by 24 hours after that. Make sure there is no soap stuck in your nipple attachments...I have made that mistake in the past. :shakehead

I think it would be best to use the homemade stuff ... period. If a flavor is preferred, add a little apple juice. The flavored Pedialyte has coloring in it and that is one of the issues with Gatorade (some of the additives being very hard on tiny kidneys). Best just to skip the store bought stuff and measure out a little salt and sugar. :thumbsup

I totally agree BM. They had the flavored(Fruit and Grape) But I have never had luck with the flavored kind. I bought the gatorade for myself and Just tried to see if he'd drink some, I was afraid of dehydration and it was feeding time:dono I will make up some once I get home. I was in town, Alyssa had B'day parties and I had to come by my office. So I'm heading home now. Thanks everyone:grouphug Did Y'all see The babies??? and Simbas Tribute:poke I'll be back later:wave123

also try to get PROZYME and add a pinch to their formula. i know im all over this forum encouraging everybody to get prozyme :D but here is why:

i had a baby who always had diarreah and never wanted to eat much. i always feared that he would die on me until a rehabber told me to get this stuff. and within 24 hours everything changed: no more diarreah plus a big appetite. since then my little boy is doing fabulousito :D!!!

try it, it can't hurt ;)
