The recipe calls for

2 tablets Vitamin B-complex (contains 100% human RDV; no more, no less)

I was able to find everything else. I looked at B-complex in 5 or 6 different brands and didn't find any reference to human RDV in any percentage or any kind of RDV for that matter. What is human RDV, and can you point me at a brand that you know is safe?
I am trying to make this for my little one as she has refused every kind of rodent block I can get my hands on and I read in the nutrition board that her diet should be mainly rodent block supplemented with veggies.

Thanks,
Aubrey

I'm not sure which B-complex she used in her recipe. I do know that the Shaklee B-complex is food based and safe. The B's are in their natural proprtions as found in nature. Many brands add large amounts of the cheap ones and token amounts of the expensive ones. Those I don't trust.

"RDV" is "recommended daily value"; sometimes they use "DV" or daily value, or some other phrase.

The thread below contains pictures of the labels of all the supplements, including the b-complex:

Hope this helps.

I'm going out today to get ingredients for my first batch ever of 4skwerlz's squirrel blocks......after all, the Band needs munchies when they get in that tour bus and hit the road. :D
