Yellow Poo

The other day i was in my back yard when i noticed a little pink thing rolled up in a ball.. i went over and discoverd a baby squirrel.. i new(from friends) theres usally more than one in a litter so i looked around the grass and found another one! well i did some research on the internet and found out that my little friends were about a week old (still had the imbilical cord attached). I also read to feed him Esbilac Puppy formula mixed with Goats milk ive been doing about half and half? they seemed to be doing well ive been getting up every 2 hours to feed them. i got very into it and kept doing research on them and found out its good to give them Pedilite for hydration so i ran up to the store and bought some i gave them some for a feeding then formula the next then pedilite again and now am just going to be doing ever night and ever morning.. they have been peeing good after eating and pooing but the poo i noticed is starting to turn yellow? would anyone know why and how to fix it? please and thanks

Thanks i read your post and ran up to the pet store and got some more puppy formula because i pre mixed it all already.. but i have the two squirrels in a box with a heating pad under it on low only on half of the box.. theres some old ****s i put in there for covering.. i feed them every two hours ill put some pitcures on later.. last night one of them lost there Imbilical(dont know if i spelled that right) cord! i was excited im very attached to them but there very tiring there both boys i havent named them yet because i still cant tell them apart aside from the imbilical cords.. how much water and how much formula do i put in half and half? im using a siring they seem to like it i give them a few drops at a time.
