I took pics of my babies, but I don't see any obvious way to post them. I have 3 babies. I'm guessing them to be about 4 weeks old. One of them opened his eyes today, The other 2 are trying. Mine don't want anything to do with a nipple. I've tried 3 different ones, longer, shorter, softer...they don't like any of them. I realize it takes time as it is something new. Right now I'm feeding them with a syringe and I try to sneak the nipple in every now and then. They usually play with it for a few seconds and then they just wont eat anymore. I'm used to puppies, this squirrel buisness is different. I have left a message for a rehabber in my area and am awaiting a call back as I feel like I am in over my head. One of them has good poop, the other 2 is kinda yellow and a bit runny. I think I like puppies better...:shakehead

What area are you in? We have a list of rehabbers on TSB and we might be able to locate a different rehabber if you haven't received a call back yet?

Raising one squirrel is time consuming enough, then you add more and it is even more time consuming. Rehabbers do this all the time and have the knowledge on how to release them etc.

If you provide your location...city and state I'm sure we can help you locate a rehabber.

Thank you in the mean time for helping these babies :D

I found those 3 as well. The first one is a fax number, the second one has a voice mail that tells me to drop them off at a pet store and the third one is the guy I left a message for tht hasn't returned my call. I'll keep trying. This isn't an emergency or anything. We are getting along ok, I'd just rather someone who knows squirrels a little better be doing this. If all else fails, I guess I'll become a squirrel rescuer! LOL Thanks for the help!
