Hello Everyone! Thank you again in helping me take care of my little one:bowdown . He is so precious and is doing very well Also on an exciting note....his eyes just opened on Friday (7/8)! He is already so feisty. He see's us walk around and is roaring to get out and play and be held. I have attached a photo that I took on Sunday. The little guy seams to get bigger every day!

Question for everyone though. When do I start to feed him normal "squirrel stuff"? I know on some sites that it says to give it to them once eyes are open but I don't want him to choke. What should I start him out on? After he is done with his formula and going potty he nibbles on my finger/shirt/neck whatever is near :) He is not hungry but it seams as if he is teething. Any advice would be great. Thanks Everyone!

I've gotten different advice too on the food issue.
I tried rodent block and cheerio with Fallen as soon as eyes opened and he kept gagging on it so I remove and tried a week later with same results...He seemed to get the hang of it at 8 weeks but I still watched him as every once in a while he would gag.


:wott on eyes opening....let the fun begin :D
