Found Baby Pinkie!

Hello,

I found this baby last night on my walk, actually, my dog had it in his mouth. This baby has a small wound right under his tail, so i cleaned it with a q-tip and warm water, then a bit of neosporin. His umbilical is dry, but i bit of it is still there. Eyes are closed. He has good movement and does squick softly. It was late so i bought a kittie bottle and some kittie formula and have been giving it to him a few drops at a time. It sounds like i need to buy the pedialite, and feed him more often. I really don't want to see this little guy die, but i'm just not sure is there is more i can do??? I can send a pic if you'd like!

Hello Ladies!

Just wanted to give everyone an update! I delivered the little "girl" to the Wildlife Rescue yesterday and was excited to hear that they thought she would be just fine! She was 3-4 days old, and the issue under her tail probably happened when she fell out of the nest. That day i had noticed some bumps which had come up and her......these were ant bites, yikes, i can only imagine, cause i squeel like a baby when i get stung. But they didn't think the effects of those were going to get worse, thank goodness! Glad my puppies noses are better than mine, as i would have missed her.

I'm very happy and it feels great to have saved her !!!! :Love_Icon
