A Flyer was biten by a hamster, the bite drew blood. The wound healed fine, but a week later the hair around the wound fell out. Please help!!! Advise???

I am definitely not experienced and sure one with this type of knowledge will be on here soon, but sorry to hear your flyer got injuried.

I would assume if no infection present under the new skin growth, the hair may have fell out due to the skin trauma and will grow back in time.

How does the skin look? Is it red and irritated? Could you post a picture?
