help with bunny

have a bunny maybe 3 weeks old. have been giving KMR.He is not doing good tonight he took 9 cc's this morning ate a little kale this afternoon and would not eat anything else tonight. he won't sit up and is gasping now. What do I do.

Did he aspirate the formula?
I know bunnies are so hard to nurse!!!

He died just now in my hands. He had been cat caught and I guess they cat did more damage than we knew. The lady that brought him to me said that this is the 4th bunny her cat had brought to her. I wanted to slap that woman silly. It seems to me that she would have kept her cat inside after the 1st bunny.

Cat bacteria is HORRIBLE!!!!!
No telling waht was punctured inside...by your description, it was the lungs..
Poor little guy.
Thank God her found you and died in you warm hands instead of in a cats mouth.

So sad, such a needless death.
My cats are ALL indoor!!!!
