I agree with jo_schmoe about the hydration.
It's difficult to tell when a little one this age is dehydrated as their skin does not go back down after pulling it up.
BUT just remember not to give pedialyte for more than 24 hours.
Glad that he is doing well.
Can you post more pictures?


edit: Did you get a weight on him? That will help determine how much he should be eating,
and also make sure that he is gaining weight.
