Possible internal bleeding?

Baby squirrel, around 2 weeks, found after tree cutters left last night. As of this morning, has only eaten around 2 cc of milk replacement. Noticed a small dot of blood last night, and when it sneezed it looked like extremely watered down blood. Barely any red. Is this internal bleeding? Also has clicking breathing off and on.

Also I wonder if this squirrel is a little older than you think,
and possibly bleeding from teething. We often see that when
feeding there will be a little diluted blood on the nipple.
Where did you see the dot of blood last night?
Are you using Esbilac Powdered Puppy formula.
How much does this little one weigh?
What size syringe are you using?
Have you raised squirrels before?
Sorry for so many questions, but it will help
us determine the course of action.
Not sure about the breathing, has he aspirated?

Could be internal injuries. Clicking is the main symptom of respiratory infection/pnumonia. Do you have any antibiotics like Cipro or Baytril (single pill)?

Keep hydrated with water using a syringe (hold head upright and point syringe upwards when feeding).

Sorry for the delayed response.
There is a little dried blood from time to time around his nose. The spot of blood was on his bedding just a few inches from where he was at the time, but there hasnt been one since. There is, however, a couple of places where it looks like he's sneeze that have a touch of red to them.
He weights about 20 grams and I haven't found a proper syringe today, so I used a standard oral syringe that holds about 10 ml. Going to the vet tomorrow to see about a proper feeding syringe.
I, personally, haven't raised squirrels but I have two close friends that have and have been getting some help from.
On a positive note, the clicking has almost stopped completely and he's been sleeping more soundly. At first he would doze off but immediately wake up and whine, but now he's pretty laid back so to speak.

Get rid of that milk replacer and get the Esbilac. It is the difference between life and death.

Most pet stores or tractor supply stores will carry the
Esbilac Powdered Puppy formula.

At 20 grams he should be eating ~ 5-7% of his body weight.So strive for 1 mL every
2 hours round the clock.
Remember to stimulate before during or after a feeding.
IF he gets squirmy during feeding, warm the formula more, and try stimulating.
Always feed in an upright position, SLOWLY
You definitely need a smaller syringe nothing larger than a 1 cc syringe for
one so tiny.
