My suggestion would be to get a long handled fish net or something of the like that you can bend to fit inside crevice and try and back her out where you can get a hand on her. If you butt up up against where she stops and then come down with it you'll be in front of her. I have done this with chimney rescues using a pool skimmer net.
I would also assume she has been injured and try your best to contain her for observation.
