    Default Timothy Hay?

Found some Timothy pellets and hay for our bunny; would the hay be ok for squirrel in her nest box? I know one here said no pellets, but what about the hay?

Will have to see what others say, but my understanding is that it is too easy to get mold in hay to use it for bedding.

Ditto what SammysMom said: hay is not good for bedding because of its tendency to mold quickly. Bunnies eat their hay before it can mold; squirrels would just sleep on it and maybe pee on it and that's where the danger lies.
