I dont see any fleas, although he had one when he was first brought to me and I got it off. He's between 4-5 weeks, still has eyes closed.

They could be old bites then, but I would still treat the baby just in case.

I don't know what is safe for squirrel ears, but we use Tresaderm on cats/dogs at the clinic I'm at. I'd ask a vet in your area.
