We have cleaned it twice with white vinegar, after reading that that will make an unpleasant environment for both bacteria and yeast. Needless to say, she hated that. If it smells like stinky feet...its probably a yeast/fungal infection. Neem oil works good. Im just not sure if it can be applied to the inside of the ears. Im using coconut oil on Flash for yeast...and its working.
