Thank you!
I lost a squirrel once after feeding it a peach, it was from a farmers market, any idea what may have happened?
A peach should not have harmed it, unless the squirrel choked on peach skin. You sure it was the peach? Squirrels generally don't need much fruit in their diet, and baby squirrels should not be given grapes or fruit with the skin on it because of choking dangers.

that helps in my case to! thanks. btw is lettuce or celary ok for them? she dosent seem to like the celary to much, but likes the lettuce
When feeding rabbits we only give the healthier lettuces ...like romaine ...not iceberg ...and better organic than not .
... also celery ...very high in pesticides so is better to give organic too... and celery needs to be chopped up in at least 1/2 inch pieces....
i don't know about squirrels but rabbits can choke on longer pieces ...they just keep chewing and end up with big long threads ....

tip for flyer parents.... Flying Squirrels need meat every single day (mealworms/waxworms/cooked chicken breast)
