Unhappy HELP I have a 2 1/2 week old baby with poop issues

My daughter found her when she was feeding the chickens, she was alone and no sign of mom or sibs. And just for the record, i did try to find a rehabber but the closest one is an hr and half away and won't come this far out. I have no vehicle. However I did raise and release 2 squirrels about 5 or so yrs ago and was able to witness the raising of her first and second litter. But now I'm not sure what is going on. Every thing was going fine until last evening and she is still eating great, but her poop kind starting to look a little like creamed spinach. And there's not a lot of it, she is peeing great I have been giving her a little pedialite between feedings due to dry flaky looking skin. I have her on Esbilac right now (I know, I know) but I do intend on getting FV soon as I didn't know about the changes they made to E. I am going to get whipping cream and vanilla yogurt tonight. I love her sooo much PLEASE HELP!!!
She is growing and is pretty active at feeding time, I just don't know what to do.

Not sure of a baby but I had good luck with PetAg'sgoat milk and cream and yogart. You may be able to get better goats milk but I would stop the Esbilac. Here it is.
    Jackie's Goat Milk Recipe
    1 cup goats milk
    1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup dannon all natural vanilla yogurt
Use that and get the FV asap.

Get the FV ASAP. Until then, make up enough esbilac (with a smal amount of whipping cream and yogurt added) so that it can sit in the fridge and "rest." It should sit for several hours at least - I believe Pet Ag recommends 8 hours.

And keep giving pedialite for hydration cause of the diarea.

I forgot to put that I add to the formula Nutri-Cal puppy it is a high calorie supplement for puppies. I did this with my other squirrel babies.

Remember that when babies have mamma's milk still in their systems, their poop will be anything from grey-green to kelly green to BLACK. This can keep happening for a couple of days. What you're seeing may not mean anything's wrong with her. I agree, please get the FV as soon as possible

Houston, we have poop!! Started a little bit last night and now she's like a Pez dispenser lol Hubby's words, not mine. She is still getting Esbilac but now I have added the heavy whipping cream, plain yogurt, first foods banana baby food and she is love love loving it! I am giving pedialyte 2-3 times a day also. I am making it up and letting it sit in fridge over night then freezing it in tiny cubes, only heating what I need for a feeding. She is about three weeks old so we still gotta long road ahead but I am ready! My biggest concerns now is her not having a litter mate to romp with and it will be mid winter when it comes time to release her. One bridge at a time I guess. Thanks for all the input and help. I have been reading TSB like crazy. And i found a vet just in case... Thanks again y'all

Question Re: HELP I have a 2 1/2 week old baby with poop issues

Would it be easier on her to switch by mixing the two a lil bit at a time til she is on just FV? Well, I'm sure it would be better but at what ratio?

Yes, do a gradual transition - add a little bit more FV and less Esbilac.

I'm not sure what ratio, I remember reading it somewhere - let me see if I can find it for you.

Btw, what area of TX are you in?
