    Default Is Coconut a no no?

    I can't find coconuts on the lists anywhere, is this a no no?
    Maybe I'm blind or I'm spelling it wrong?

    I give some to Bean only once in a great while and no more than the size of my thumb nail.

    Yeah, coconut isn't toxic or anything, but it's pretty high in fat and sugars and like Fluffy said, it causes diarrhea.

    turns out I got a rotten one!
    I cracked it open and took a taste and spit it out, really gross, needless to say it's in the garbage and I'm not buying another one
