I know they're illegal in Louisianna. Are they illegal as pets in Tennessee?

Hi. I'm pretty new to this community but I searched online and found a few people who were selling flyers in Tennessee and another site where a woman in Tennessee was talking about how her flyer died, but I couldn't find anything that said it was illegal to keep them, so I assume not...hope this helps.

I don't think they're illegal in Texas, because that's where I got my flying squirrel.

Try checking here for legal and illegal states - NFSA is a great source for any info about flying squirrels. The people there are friendly, helpful and just a little nutty, just like they are here!
