Okay, I need a good description of what the "wings" on a flying squirrel feel like.. they just seem like they'd be the softed thing in the world, like that place on a horses nose that is like living velvet.

they don't feel velvety i would describe it more as silky feeling. i know what you mean about a horses nose. so soft. then he has to sneeze on you and leave black spots all over you. :rotfl

dinkster is a real cutie, can you imagine how I feel when Twigsie jumps on my head. I think your boy friend is fond of him.
I've never seen a flying squirrel, but Twigsie flys around the kitchen, so she must be a cousin to dinkster.

Dinky looks like he's getting bigger. (why does it feel so wrong to say that!:shakehead ) He's a doll. Whish I had one.

dinky is about 3 and 1/2 or 4 inches long and she has a tail the same length. so if you could stretch her out she might be a total of 8 inches tops. and if you are talking about her girth..... well i have that influence on my animals.:D


i woke her little self up this morning and tried to get her to pose for pictures under the tree. not much luck but she did manage to leave a little poo on her stocking.

here are a couple slideshows of dinky's playroom. it is hard to figure out but the entire room, with the exception of two feet that will be finished today, is covered in material she can climb on. sitting in there at night with her you feel like you are in the pits at talledega raceway.:D except the cars don't usually jump on your head.

preacher i found that in the toy section at walmart. but the other day i was over at dollar general and i saw they had some for $3 each. dinky's has dora the explorer on it.:D i will run cross the street to the dollar general after i wake up and see if they have one.
