Tailless Flyer

[Alaskan Squirrel Cam]

I just saw one of the flyers at the feeder, who's only got a nub for a tail. I've seen tails that have been bitten off on my Reds but this is the first time I've seen one of the flyers this way. I have tried to grab a pic, but the little guy is really shy and as soon as it sees me, it's gone.
